Format: Equitable four-man teams will be assigned by the tournament Committee. This is an 18-hole tournament. 

There are two tournaments happening within the tournament.

Primary Event: Each four-person team will be given a pink ball on the first hole. On each hole, a player will be assigned to the pink ball. The player must play the assigned pink ball. Their net score will be the only score for that hole. The team is eliminated from the pink ball primary event if any of the following happen:

• The ball is hit out of bounds
• The ball is hit into the penalty area and the player chooses to take relief
• The ball is hit into an unplayable situation and the player chooses to take relief
• The ball is lost

The team with the best pink ball, 18 hole net-score, will be declared the winning team.

If a team only has three players, the B or C player will play two balls. One for themselves and one for the missing player.

Two or more missing players, the team is disqualified.

The following holes are assigned to each player:

• Player A: Hole #1, Hole #5, Hole #9, Hole #13, Hole #17
• Player B: Hole #2, Hole #6, Hole #10, Hole #14, Hole #18
• Player C: Hole #3, Hole #7, Hole #11, Hole #15,
• Player D: Hole #4, Hole #8, Hole #12, Hole #16,

 

Secondary Event: Three person net best-ball event. Players must hole out all putts for a score to count. A player may pick up on a hole, but all other players must then finish the hole. USGA rules shall govern all play. Per USGA recommendation, 85% of handicaps will be used by each player. The team score will be determined by taking the best three of four net scores. Players in this event cannot earn BMGA Cup Points.

All decisions of the BMGA Rules Committee are final.

 

Tee Times are from 6:30AM to 8:30AM

 

Refund Policy:

 

• Full refund – before registration closes 

• $25 fee - Friday at 5 pm to Thursday at 8 am before Saturday tournament

• Past 8 am Thursday – No refund

• Board can make a decision for any illness or injury and refund full balance
